All time my left arm and shoulder hurt

Does HIGH BP mean medecn for lifetime ?

I have been taking medicine for high BP for few months . Most of the times my BP is normal. But after knowing through some queries that if anyone gets high bp then that person has to take medicine for lifetime. I have stopped taking BP medcine for last two weeks . And my BP is quite normal . 130/80. I want to get an honest anwer wether i have to take pills for life time or is there anyother way to controll it ?

Rise in heart beat

I am a post covid pateient .Its about 2 months. Now I got recovered.i found possitive on 12 April. My concern is that on seating,standing or  in normal workout my bpm is goes to  68 to 76 but when I go for walk or do fast walking its go around 163 bpm. Whats the problem.is it related to heart problem .No chest  pain while in breathing and no breathing problem and my spo2 is 98%. Please suggest.
