Last week I had fever (101•) for 3 days (not COVID)
During the course, I had high heart rate of 105-110 at rest.
Before falling sick my heart rate was around 65 bpm.
It's been a week since I recovered from fever but my heart rate is 75-85 at rest. It also increases rapidly when I change my posture. My ECG taken a month back was normal. Is this something to worry about?
I don't have any symptoms like dizziness or chest pain. I am a cyclist but am worried that it's too early to start cycling as my heart rate is high

Your resting heart rate is normal. You can restart your physical exercise in a gradual manner. Don't worry once you recover from the illness completely your heart rate will be back to baseline.
