Too high average heart rate
My average heart rate is been showing as 110 BPM ,, from past 1 week. My height is 174cm , weight 90kg. female 29 years. Is it because of my weight ? If I reduce it to 80kg will my heart be healthier ? Rest all BP and daily activities are fine.

Hi. Reducing weight is good for overall health. As you have no symptoms then nothing to worry, this raised heart rate may be due to stress also. If your symptoms are troublesome then consult with doctor for further assessment like thyroid and ecg.
