BP medicine
1 year back I started metasortan25/40 for my BP daily one tablet in the morning But my BP was not controlled, it is around 130-140/100-110, my blood test and ECG reports are normal then 1 month back I consulted physician then he changed to cinod-T 10/40 at night time, from that day my BP is go to lower side 95-105/70-80 in the early morning, And 2-3 times urine is came in the night. Then he changed to cinod plain 5mg in the night. From that day my BP was 110-130/80-90 but urine was coming 2 times and sleep disturbances happened around 4 o'clock daily .please advise can I take cinod 5mg daily morning instead of night and advise for good sleep.no other medications are using.

You can take Cinod 5MG in the morning. It will not affect your BP regulation This medicine usually does not causes increased urination in the night. Try taking it in the morning and see if it helps.

U can take medications in the morning. U have to practice appropriate sleep behavior
