The first question is : is your BP well controlled with eritel? There are better alternatives to s numlo and even eritel available today. But which suits you the best will need proper clinical examination by a cardiologist. There are some conditions where high BP can be associated with weight gain. But again this needs a proper evaluation. So please meet a qualified cardiologist and get yourself personally examined for a final advice on this issue. Hope this helps.
