Heart flutter
I feel some times heart flutter for 1 or 2 second it feels like heart stopped working is this normal ? i do gym every day i do gym finely and eat clean diet with no saturated fat why is this happening i did ecg 2 times that is also normal is this anxiety or what plz let me now suggest me i am goind mad about this why this happens it is happening from only 6 7 months before was nothing

Hello the symptoms appears like related to anxiety . Since you don’t have other symptoms like giddiness dizziness loss of consciousness and fall nothing serious . But to convince yourself that everything is fine I recommend Holter monitoring for you which records any event or arrhythmia if it’s occurring. Try to ignore and stop worrying.
