It’s mildly elevated lipids Nonetheless you may be careful. You may achieve this through physical activities and dieting. For setting a goal you require a consultation. However in the meantime, you may like to start off with a diet A fat poor diet and rich in vegetables and fruits is a simple strategy. It may be noted that a restricted intake of meat especially red meat if you are a non vegetarian. A chicken meat with out skin may be okay. And fish is fine. Egg once a week may also be good. A restricted intake of oils is also suggested especially which is not PUFA. These details are best worked with a dietitian consultation who can structure your meal portions. Most importantly you have to burn the calories if you are overweight and sedentary and also stay away from alcohol. Are you a hypothyroid?
