My mother(diabetic, cholesterol) was diagnosed with very low LVEF (35%) 3 months ago. She was suggested to take Vymada 50 tablet twice a day along with several other medicines.
We are in financial crisis for last several months and in this situation is there any alternative medicine for Vymada which is very expensive?

I'm recovered covid patient for 4 weeks.
symptoms I'm having is high pulse rate(100-115) and palpitation for which i am taking migrabeta tr 40 after lunch everyday.
recently I was asked to do ECG and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY.
