Hi, My father, age 80, has a normal heart beat of 50-55 BPM. He is diabetic (under control) and had undergone bypass surgery in 2007. Is it normal to have 50-55 BPM?

Hello doctor, My father's age is 75.A month ago he had a fever and weakness. After ct doctor said modrate infection type, my have recovered form it. But now he is having breathing problem during his sleep. And having negative thoughts and used to talk he will die soon. A month ago my father was have good health. No major medical history. Dear doctor past few days am suffering from left side chest pain and left hand shoulder pain this pain feels in chest back below chest like the pain moves .
