Low pulse rate
Hi, my pulse rate is between 53-58 when I'm at rest. I noticed that normal heart rate is between 60-100. I'm fairly active and exercise regularly and my bmi is 20. Is this normal? I don't have any symptoms

Yes. Healthy anthletic individuals have a high vagal tone which cause a decrease in resting heart rate. Heart rate can go as low as 50/min in such individuals. It’s completely normal
