  4. Pain in left arm. Should i worry?

Hi iam 30 years old I feel pain in my left arm and some time in right arm also and have pain in neck on both sides..long months back I have severe pain on back side..I done xray and all Doctor said it was due to wrong posture or bed position..now I don't have back pain but having neck pain..should I worry??please suggest me

Looks like a muscular and neuropathic pain. It’s better to consult an orthopedic. Nothing to worry from cardiac side
