Had heart surgery 1year ago and on the following medications. As the pandemic going, Going through financial crisis. Can I take the substitute for Pantocid 40  = Pantoride 40 Aztor 40 = Atorastin 40 Cardace 2.5  = Ziram 2.5 Axcer 60  = Ticavic 60 .. Amaryl MV 2mg  = Ozomet-VG2 Rozat 10 = Rosuless 10 . My father have angioplasty surgery about 2 year ago and after that taking medicine regularly rosycap gold 25/75. But now on blood test hemoglobin become 14.1 in reference from 12.5 to 14.5 ... Is this is problematic or not.

My sister is undergone tratment for this since last year.But she is healthy and better. now due to covid she aren't able to get her injection which named like (penicillin benzothyne 12 La) from last three months. As doc. recommended it to inject this within 22 days. Will it be ok to let it go or need to inject it?

My husband experienced pressure near chest when he was getting up from bed all of a sudden .This happened two times . And he s evry much exhausted all the time .he shall be complaining that he s tired tired by not doing any work . He has vitmain D deficiency.i want to know do we need to do any heart related check . Pain in chest center & left side,pain in left hand & small finger of left hand,pain in back left hand side like opposite of heart.is it the symptoms of any heart disease

I am having slight pain in left chest from 2-3 days which comes and goes.Today I felt a temporary pain sensation in left jaw.I searched these symptoms on internet suggesting it could be a heart attack symptoms due to blood clotting.I had Vaccination done 10 days back. Do I need to worry or see a doctor asap??

My mother aged 57 had taken a Covishield vaccine on April 7 2021.she is an arthritis patient with knee pain and cervical spondylosis also.from past 1 month she was taking osteofos 70 weekly once for bones but from past 2 days she has dizziness,weakness and mild pain in middle back bone and left chest area and travelling to stomach sometimes with gurgling sound and pain in left arm due to cervical spondylosis happened earlier too.she is confused as is it related to heart or gastric pain.have attached the lipid profile taken 2 months back.this all started from 2 days after taking that osteofos tablet or else was normal.is there anything to be done and her ESR was 65 during that same blood test.is it due to rhumatoid arthritis.

My CRP is showing high ... what to do...will I get cardiac arrest or cancer... please guide me as to what to do

Dear doctor, Last week my husband was working at night in laptop , he don't had proper sleep that night. Early morning he woke up , and had some discomfort. So we checked the BP at home ,99/65 but plus was 55...then I gave electrolyte. So whole day thrice we checked BP again ,pluse Rate increased near 76 above . This week his sugar level in fasting is 73 post breakfast was 100 ( we checked in beato kit). Recently I was using Millet in our food. My question is this pluse Rate 55. & Blood sugar 73 in fasting are normal range or he need to see the doctor. Thank you.
