Heavy heartbeat
Is it normal to feel heavy heartbeat, while exercising, its like my heart is pumping out of my chest or i am hold it in my hand although my heart rate was 130-140 it was a heavy exercise and i am a 20 year old i also have high cholesterol, .had my ecg,echodone in may everything was normal, although while resting my heart rate is 50 bpm and i dont feel heavy heart beat, but its only while i was exercising, should i stop doing such heavy exercise???m

It's normal to feel palpitations while exercising. As your cardiac ECG and ECHO evaluation is normal and resting heart rate is normal, you can continue to do exercise. Strenuous exercise is not advised .
