Chest Pain when pressing
Felling chest pain when pressing. Sudden blood pressure increases at home 156/100 but when going to hospital it cames as 120/80 to 130/80 . Doctor just tell me that it may be due to tension or gas. But don't know why this is happening. Already low mood always and fatigue , haviness in right leg . Body pain here and there. Sometimes sudden headache comes back of head and goes within minutes. Sometimes feel head haviness and sometimes lightheaded. Please suggest what could be the reason.

You may be better off with a proper clinical consultation . Many symptoms are anxiety based.

The chest pain not related to heart. For BP please get an Ambulatory Blood pressure monitoring done to diagnose whether you have high BP or not. Body pain, headache and fatigue seems to be due to anxiety. Just go for regular physical exercise.
