Hi, I'm a healthy guy(as far as i know). My BPM is always above 85 to 105. I still don't have any issues on that but people around me are bit scared about it. Should i be worried and check with a doctor or this is just normal? I think internet University is spreading fears amongst people.

Dear Doctor , I am a post Covid patient ,1 and half month passed from Covid -ve but still my heart palpitations is high ,as already I have done all the treatments related to cardiac like ECG ,ECO Cardiogram ,blood test ,chest Xray ,all the report are normal ,but still I feel palpitations,I am taking bela blocker from 1 months of 25 mg ,heart beat around 100-110 all the time , sometimes anxious ,it's getting worse or reach to120-130,doctor please tell how to calm it,no previous history of bp ,cardiac or diabetics
