Heart beat hight &some times seems breathing at throut and also breath problem since one month it was happening

I've been suffering from slight pain in chest since 2 yrs. My ECG 2d echo, TMT were normal. The only thing I was told by cardiologist was that my Bp was high and also my pulse rate was high. I was asked to take met XL 12.5 for a month in 2019. I couldn't follow up properly with the doc and left the tab as I was admitted thrice for IBD, also I went into depression hence started taking antidepressants and sedatives. My BP is still very high so is my pulse rate. Should I take Met XL 12.5 ? Or is this due to the panic attacks and depression. I still start shivering, my heart beat raises quickly I start sweating shivering for a time being.

My mother has Aortic valve replacement surgery in 2016. Can she take vaccine covaxin 1st dose? Any precautions?

Hi 6 weeks back I had covid. But now I am fine. But when I walk for little long for example more than 15 minutes, I observe slight pressure like feeling in the Center of chest mostly around beginning of sternum. When I rest for 5,10 minutes it goes away. 20 days back I had ecg and echo as that time I was having slight high heartbeat. Doctor told it was due to anxiety and rest all was fine. What can be the problem then? Before COVID I even had the TMT (April 2021) and that was also fine even at 103 % of THR. Is it just due to weakness and all or something to worry for? I also have acid reflux issues but before covid I could easily walk for 40-45 minutes.

I have checked my heart pulses is getting 52. I am feeling as oxygen not supplied to my brain. I am feeling very uncomfortable. Kindly suggest

I am having needle like chest pain that comes and goes its some time in my arms, hand and chest i dont know its bcuz of stress or what it's happening from last 2 3 weeks from last 6 months i am taking tb medicines there is a numbness like in my feets also cect report attached
