Hi, I am 31 years old, yesterday I had taken covishield vaccine, I have hypertension and hypothyroid for that I take concor AM 5mg and thyronorm as I was vaccinated yesterday can I take my bp and thyroid medicines?? As I have high grade fever and high pulse fever 103.8 f and pulse 114-115

Taking pentids 400 and embeta xr 25 for heart. shoul I take covishield or covaxin for vaccination. please reply me.

I can walk around 2.5 km without shortness of breath after covid recovery and in 6 mintue walk test I can walk around 570 meters and my spo2 level not goes down to 99%.It is ok or I need some test related to heart and lungs working in good condition or not.

I am little concerned about the frequent pain that my wife experiences. She has persistent pain in her right eye (her eyesight is weak as per doctor), right arm and little bit in leg also. She suffers from headache too when she takes stress or cries because of any big or small concern. I have observed a trend that the pain that she experience in her eyes, head and arm specifically is usually more after she takes any stress or crying. Recently my brother in law passed away due to covid, she cried and took stress too. Another example was a smaller issue that I did not bring vegetables on time and because of that she could not cook food on time and she got stressed because of that too. Now I am not sure if this is psychological or it might be linked to any cardio condition. When is very stressed she complains about headache, Breathlessness and chest pain (center of chest). Her ECG and blood reports were fine. I am not sure what should be next steps.

I got my full body checkup done today, which I get done once a year. High sensitivity C-Reactive protein value is 6.49 mg/L Also lipid profile is quite disturbing. Please check attached report and advise on it. Any urgent medication or changes in diet etc needed?

I am having chest pain and pain in the left thigh for over a week. I have done my ecg and ct angio, reports of which are normal. The chest pain worsens while doing exercise. Last week I had severe chest pain accompanied with sweating and breathlessness. What could be the cause?

I have been dealing with right jaw pain under the ear lobe , pain in the jaw line end area and neck pain for 15 months now. Not the whole neck, just the vertical line below the ear to shoulder.   Have seen many dentists and doctors. No definite diagnosis and relief yet. Checked for TMJD and have been told it's Myofascial pain dysfunction. OMFS sent me to TMJ MRI. The MRI report was normal except one incident finding. It says incidental finding of possible small right sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum. Asked the OMFS and he said he don't know about it. Don't know whom to see further. Is this incidental finding something serious or normal? I do have right ear ringing since this started. It's like mild buzzing and hissing sound. But I hear the heart beat when I lay down on the pillow on left side. It's like throbbing heart beat sent it subsides after few minutes to minimal sound. Couldn't hear it on the right. is this normal? I have high BP( 118-135/83-95). taking losartan.
