I am suffering with Atrial fibrillation and hyperthyroidism for last 6 months. I am taking blood thinner Eliquis 5mg twice a day for 6 months. Can I take Covishield vaccine? I have heard that people who are taking blood thinner and having heart problem should avoid covid vaccine.

While sitting and lying on bed my pulse is 90-95 and while standing my pulse is 115-120. I am taking inderal 10 mg one time in morning. I have started inderal in August 2019 due to palpitations in chest . At that time I am taking inderal 20 twice a day . I am having hypothyroidism , but now my thyroid is in control. Kindly diagnose

Extreme fluctuations in blood pressure within minutes since few days, mostly high which used to be normal(under high bp medication). For eg. 140/83 then next minute 118/75 and then again after one minute 127/81.

I am feeling leg hand pain and left leg pain from last 10 days also i am feeling tingling in palm and sole and foot many times a day . i am feeling chest pain also from last 6 months chest pain is pin point pain in left part it goes away after 1 to 3 minutes. in shoulder also a pin point pain i feel sometimes.. i did echo , ecg (lad and tachy),  tmt,  blood test 6 month ago,  all normal , bp in range 130/85। now tell me what can be the reason of this pain im different part whom should i consult what is reason of tingling please explaim me im detail so that i can consult. thanks
