I need consultation on attached 2D ECHO. Sometimes I feel pain on chest side, shortness of breath after exercise

My mother had very mild covid. It has been more than 2 weeks since she has recovered. She had slight chest pain which comes and goes. The pain lasts 3-4 minutes at max. What could be the cause?

My upper left back, shoulder and neck pain sometimes with chest discomfort  and it is happening since April could this be heart related issue

Male. 64 yrs. My father suffered from Covid a month back. He was on steroids for 8 days predmet 16. It's been more dan a week since he stopped the steroids but still his Bp is fluctuating a lot. He takes Amlokind5 once every day. In the morning it is 145/97.He is unable to sleep properly for last many days.  Around 10 AM it returns back to normal without taking medicine. Is this fluctuation dangerous every morning? Hw to stop this ?? Please help

I am panting after taking just one flight of stairs since a couple of months. Have been checking my pulse rate since 2 days. It's above 100. Going upto 133

Its been a month I am recovered from Covid 19.Buti am feeling upper chest middle there is some discomfort. I dont say it's a pain but kind of a scary feeling. Though am not worried or scared of anything I keep getting this symptoms of bubbles in the chest.. I am just worried Is this because of the tablets I took during covid ? Please guide and advice My CT score was 4/25 Following tableats are taken: Ivermectin Doxycyclin Fabi flu Estorin etc

My triglycerides increases from 90 to 152 within a month in spite of daily exercise of 45 mins. But my overall cholestrol decreases from 170 to 140 and LDL level from 130 to 85. HDl increases from 25 to 30. What does it mean.

What's causing high D Dimer value post covid? Father wad admitted to hospital 50 days ago, hospital stay was of12 days. Before admitting him, and during treatment and after discharge the d dimer was 500. Now after 50 days the d dimer is 1800. (He also consumed 150mg dabigatran for 20 days post discharge) Absolutely terrified by such high value of d dimer. There are NO symptoms, no swelling/redness/pain, oxygen is 98, pulse is 90-95. Should we be worried about heart attack or lung attack or brain stroke? Deeply terrified. What elevated the values so much? He wasn't on bed rest either, did exercises n yoga too.

My husband is taking heart related treatment and BP medicine "MoXon 0.2mg" (once in morning everyday) from over a year now under a cardiologist's consultancy, however his BP shoots up in second half of the days frequently ever since he has recovered from COVID in April-May. Should he start the same dose twice a day ? Does it have to do anything with post COVID? First half of the day his BP is 120-130 mostly, by evening goes upto 150-170. Can he take moxon 0.2 mg in the evening as well, or is it not advised. He had to take it twice yesterday only. Plz guide.
