  4. HR in ecg report shows 124bpm. Alarming?

HR in ecg report shows 124bpm
Good evening, My father has recently did an ecg test where his HR shows 124 BPM, & Diagnosis report says 815: Extreme Tachycardia. Is this heart rate very high and alarming ? Last year he has tested positive for covid,Pls suggest what steps to be done.
