Heart beat on running post covid
I recovered from severe covid 2 months back ( CT Score 20 ) .
Was hospitalized for 14 days.
Now after 2 months i have started jogging and running.
After jogging/running my heart beat rises to 175-180.
Before covid the same level of running rose my heart beat till 160 only.
My ECG is fine. No abnormalities.
Is this normal ?
Will my heart beat while running imporove over time and get like before ?

Post covid this is common. It will be better over time.
