Heart involvement can happen in Covid infection. But if there are no symptoms, there is no need for any investigation. Maintain a normal healthy lifestyle. If u have any symptoms like palpitation or shortness of breath, get urself evaluated.
Next Steps
Cardiac consult if symptoms

It's not necessary. If it was mild covid and you are asymptomatic, no need of cardiac tests.
