Doctor, I have Hypertension from 2 Years. Since 9 months I have been taking medicine for Hypertension. Some time my blood pressure goes to 180/120, Recently I have done Echocardiography, and The reports are 1)Mild concentric LVH 2)Pseudonormal Diastolic compliance 3)Mila aurtic sclerosis and Mild aurtic regurgitation. Is there any concern?

You blood pressure is not under control which is causing ill effect on your heart. Control you blood pressure.
