  4. Internal pain/ angina heart area 3days.

Internal pain/ angina heart area 3days.
I am feeling pain/discomfort/angina pain in chest specially heart area. It is internal type. Taking antacid gel and Pan D but no improvement. I can not bent downwards. Have to sleep right side.  Is it heart discease. Or somthing else. Please advice.

Is the pain is at rest or on exertion Is it at a particular point or diffuse all over the chest According to your history it seems to be a musculoskeletal pain

Avoid lifting heavy weight Take muscle relaxant
