Heart rate on treadmill
When i run on treadmill while jogging when i see the sensor it shows heart beat 160-165 . I instantly think it is going too high or something i instantly stop. I am not able to push my body with free mind. Is that too high

It’s said that the target heart rate is 220-age. Up to 80% of the target is fine. Go ahead No issues

During exercise the heart rate can reach up to 197/min at your age which is considered as normal response . Hence don’t look at heart rate just continue your exercise with relaxation
