My heart rate is always more than 100- 110, even if I am sitting normally, Is this some kind of issue ?

Hi You need to get a medical consultation. Increased heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute is called tachycardia. This raises the work of the heart and increases oxygen demand. Also the rhythm may be irregular.
