Right and left side chest pain
I have chest pain on the right side and it is very severe sometimes that I can't sleep ,when I hold my breath it goes away but after that it comes back and recently I've started noticing pain on the left side as well and the pain raidates from neck to upper back

The area involved in the pain is mainly cervical region and it’s radiation to the chest.
Is the pain at rest ir on movement?
