Got ectopic heartbeats after taking hcq400 on ecg (PACs) and they are slowly reducing. It's been 7 months and I went for vaccination, the moment I got the jab I felt dizzy for 1 minute and decent amount of tingling sensation in both forearms for 5 mins. Then was fine cam back to home and lied down and my ectopics( thuds started increasing)..shall I go for the second dose it is there after 10 days. Any tips on how to get rid of ectopics forever ??

Hi. Occasional PACs are normal. How many doses of HCQ did you take? Was an ECG done before or after? Are these missed beats associated with any other symptoms like dizziness etc If the post vaccine tingling etc last d only for 5 min and post that you were normal unlikely it is dur to the vaccine
Next Steps
You can get yourself evaluated completely before the next dose of vaccine if the symptoms are disturbing. A routine ECG, Echo and if required a 24 hours Holter monitoring can be done to see how frequent those premature beats are and whethertbey require any evaluation/treatment
