Suddenly Hearth palpitation start
I m 31 male, having palpitation many times. Mostly 2 to 3 times in a year from last 4 years. Suddenly heart bit start for 5 to 10 minutes and stop. I don't have any hearth prbm and don't smoke or alcohol. I spoken with hearth specialist and took 2 D eco and ECG test. All was normal. Even Dr said that this is normal. Here you are expert in your profession hence need your input in this. May I know is this is normal or serious concern. Pl.suggest

What was the maximum heart rate documented ? Have u taken any ecg during palpitations episodes ? To confirm whether it’s related to heart or not I advise Holter monitoring which may pick up diagnosis where 24 hrs heart rate and rhythm monitoring will be done
