About peripartum cardiomyopathy
Can low heamoglobin cause heart swell and mimic peripartum catdiomyopathy because i saw online that blood pressure shoots up or goes down but in my case blood pressure was 130/80 and my heamoglobin was 7.3 is there chances that our doctor in village wrongly diagnose me whith ppcm as there s  no report given to me of 2d echo just write that she should have c section

Anemia can be a cause, if it is long standing. Otherwise if the doctor has diagnosed you with PPCM, it is better to go with his advice. You can get one more Echo done from different place to confirm.
