Hello doc, having bleed in stool...after doing stool blood is also happen at last.. what is the reason for this... i m getting heavy in stomach for feeling bathroom then i go for it and bleed in stool...i dont have pain while sitting..

I had c sec 7 completed I got infected after one month of c sec after taking antibiotics infection cured but hole open n close again n again I Ve done infection n sensitivity test 5 times all time negetive also done abdominal x ray report is totally normal still there is one small hole is remaining but there is no pus or discharge. Plz suggest me why it's happening
