Hello doctor 10 days back I done grade 2 internal hemorrhoids surgery before this issue anus skin was cut happened so I told to doctor also that cut was very small so now that cut was now very big my question is there doing laser treatment no still now why cut was big otherwise is it normal let me know.

The cut you are talking about seems to be anak fissure. Tge procedure done must be laser fissure ablation. Post which you will develop a scar for some days which will heal in 3-4 weeks. Make sure you dont eat anything that causes constipation. Sitz bath 2 times daily Fiber diet Avoid oily spicy fried food and non veg for 1 month Plenty of water
