Gall Stones with classical symptoms of stone obstruction or inflammation or infection needs surgery no matter the size of stone.
If no such symptoms, size >1.5cm or associated lesions needs surgery.
This stone size doesn’t need surgery if there is no associated symptoms!

If its asymptomatic then there is no need of surgery at present but anyhow in future u need to go for surgery.

Repeat USG If you get pain occasionally or after meals in right upper abdomen
