General Surgery

Due to swelling and pain in groin area done Ultrasound of abdomen as advised by General Practitioner. Impression- Bilateral Inguinal Hernia Defect in ant.abdominal wall in right and left Inguinal region. Right - Neck of defect 1.3 cms fat as content. Left - 1.2 cms fat as content. The patient is currently undergoing Immunotherapy for Renal Cell Carcinoma, metastasis - Bones , Nodes. Is surgery the only solution for hernia ? Kindly seeking suggestions.

Is intubation is necessary for gall bladder stone surgery?can you please help me out?I want to know the answer

Recently I had a piles open surgery, nearly 50 days are happened. Today I get some blood in bathroom. I am worrying about it. Is it cause again? The anel area also some what different from my surgery. Could you please say what is the problem. Is it normal symptoms?

Dear sir I was diagnosed with varicose veins in my leg I have done colour droppler test and what further treatment I have to do please suggest. And what is my grade. I am tensed as I am 28 years old so finding proper solution how to handle the issue is it serious. One of my friend told me that the veins brust and severe bleeding happens so I am worried. My mother had undergone infraumblical ventral hernia surgery (mesh repair) before 10days. But after surgery there is watery thin discharge from surgical site ( doctor didn't closed one stitch and remain open for fluid drainage) our doctor said it's fatty Serous fluid discharge but we are worried for how many days it will come because it's approx 50-60ml of discharge from that drain hole) Doing alternate days dressing . No fever. How many days required to stop Serous discharge in normal scenario?? Please reply. Thank you!

I got minor puncture wound on foot last month, and would had been infected. So I got sergery and did deep clean on wound after that I tried so much antibiotics like augmentin 1.2g, Amoxicillin 1g . But my infection and would is not healing. I did diabetic test and blood circulation test both are negative.please. HELP ME sir !!!
