My Thyroid t4 value is 4.2,  (normal range is 4.5 to 10.9). Is it disease? Or sight decrease which I can ignore

Greetings ! The three main indicators in Thyroid function test are, TSH, Free-T3 and Free-T4 If we have to go by single most important disease predictor, it is TSH. Need to know for what purpose this investigation was done? Are u experiencing any troubling symptoms? Are u on any treatment follow up? If it’s just a routine screening and you are not experiencing any symptoms of hypo/hyperthyroidism, This test seems to be NORMAL only! Thank you! (Any clarifications feel free to contact)
