Good evening sir/madam. I am male 40 age, height 172cm, weight 87 kg. My lipid profile test result is. Serum cholesterol   231 Hdl cholesterol              71 Ldl cholesterol            127 Vldl cholesterol             33 Triglycerides                  165 Non HDL cholesterol 160 Tcho/HDL ratio.              3.2 Ldl/Hdl ratio                      1.7. I am having heigh cholesterol? How can I reduce it? Can I take any tablet for that.? Monthly twice I will take alcohol. Suggest me a good medicine or diet plan to reduce my cholesterol.

My sister fell down while playing in a see-saw she is 13 years old. That time there was no much external injury few days back. But today i noticed some swelling in her knees she says when someone touches it pains. I can feel something inside..? There is swelling in her knees not much but there is something What should i do

Here for a second opinion. I have severe pain next to the anus. I visited a doctor who advised scanning. The scanning report said i have about 3ml of abscess. A lot of ppl advised that i need surgery to drain the abscess. So i was mentally prepared for a surgery. So I visited an experienced surgical gastroenterologist who physically examined the site and confirmed that it is simple perianal abscess with low abscess formation and not a fistula. Hence he does not recommend surgery and would start the treatment with antibiotics for 5 days. If the abscess does not respond to antibiotics, then he would surgically drain it, which is a simple procedure. My question is, does antibiotics heal perianal abscess if it is in the early stage?

Post laproscopy surgery I couldn't rest properly. I lifted weight and climbed steps. Post that started observing I am having legs and hands trembling issue sometimes Couldn't stand for more than some time Could do heavy works Couldn't tolerate sun Sweating alot and etc.. Is this affect of not taking rest Or why is it happening all of sudden

Hi doctor, I used to have itching or burning sensation time to time in Anus area Today, I thought to check that area with mobile after passing stool and when I expand anus part with fingure then I saw small piace ( not sure what ) inside anus.
