Hai I can feel something pimple type of thing in the ass while washing the ass after latrine. What is this issue? It is under the skin I can feel it with finger. No pain nothing. What is this issue

4 weeks back, I had perianal abscess drainage surgery, which has now healed. Post operation, i used to do sitz bath with Betadine 10% mixed in the water (10ml in 2ltr water), 3 times a day. I started developing redness and irritation around the anus. To reduce the irritation, i started applying Cremagel L, but the irritation did not reduce. Later, I got to know that Betadine and Cremagel can cause skin irritation. So I stopped using both and now apply Lox 2% gel since yesterday. The irritation has reduced. From the image i have attached, could you please confirm if the redness in the anus is due to Betadine/Cremagel side effect or if it is something else?

Dear doctor I am suffering from piles issues in 3rd stage, is it curable without surgery. Please suggest the best treatment if it is curable without surgery.

From 4 days i have got a lump in my left armpit .its painful. So i have applied "T bact oinment" It has reduced after applying the above cream but its still paining Also from today its growing in right armpit Wat it could be? Is it due to increase in body heat? Wat can be the cause & its treatment?

A relative in her 30s got her gallbladder removed due a 14mm stone. What are the things to keep in mind now onwards? Any bad effects ? Dietary changes? I read somewhere risk of cancer is high in the first 6 months for those who undergo this surgery under the age of 40. Please guide.

Iam 24 year old unmarried female having left breast pain from 8 months. Had 2 ultrasounds and the report came as 7*8 MM hypoechoic lesion with increases adjacent fat echogenicity and 7*3 MM small oval shaped hypoechoic area ( inflammed intra mammary lymphnode) and focal mastitis in left breast and iam getting pain every day. Doctor has suggested to take amoxycilin and Evion tablets. Still no change in pain and report. Should I worry about it?

I have several lipomas on my arms, chest, waist that are visible and people keep asking me about it all the time. It's very uncomfortable to live with them and it's giving me a lot of stress. I consulted ayurvedic, dermatologist and was they suggested me to let it be and do not do anything about it. After explaining my situation, they suggested to conduct some tests which I did and it was diagnosed that I had lipomas. I spoke to a few general surgeons already and they also seem to tell me the same thing. I really need a doctor to understand that the lipoma is causing me stress , I am gaining weight and recently I had chest pain nausea and I was immediately hospitalized to the hospital. Turns out, I had gastrointestinal condition which caused the same. Is there a doctor out there who can treat me?
