Hi my lip swelling is from last 2 -3 months It is keep on growing. I am not able to find what it is . It has one round hard ball under the internal lip where swelling occured.

I am 35yr female 90kg with 5.2inch height...about obe month ago I had  stomach pain n diarrhea which goes away in 3-4 days...later on it continued on & off fr month ...so I consult dr ...who gave me antibiotic which relax pain n diarrhea but stomach has mild stinging pain n burn so went again this tym he asked fr health checkup sonography...and I found my liver and spleen is enlarged..liver 16cm and spleen 15.1cm...report says mild Splenomegaly with fatty liver grade 1...I had pcos n fibrous which is another thing...plz suggest me is it ok or what should I do?

Three days ago I had severe pain in abdomen area,so rushed to hospital by the time I'm not getting what to do now? What treatment I will get to rid of this? I am giving my ct scan deatails

My husband done general health check up recently and in chest x ray, report showing elevated left hemidiaphagram. He is dextrocardiac, is it normal for him to have elevated left diaphragm? He does not have any  symptoms, please let me know if it normal or should be done anything about it like further test or scan

I had fistuletomy surgery with ILS on 10th July. Its been 3 weeks today. It was a minor surgery where a tunnel of 1.5cm was removed. I have stopped taking pain killers as the pain is now manageable, but there is mild pain and discomfort throughout the day, specially after defecation. Will this pain and discomfort last till the wound completely heals or is mine a exceptional case?

Hi, I had a pilonidal sinus incision and drainage with phenol application treatment. It's been 1 month and everything have gotten better. But i feel needle like pain on incision. It's like a single needle poke on the incision not a radiating/throbbing pain. I wanted to know if this is normal or is it a recurrence. I don't have any swelling, redness or tenderness in that area even pressing that area isn't painful. Please help 🙏

Hi Doctors, My wife is diagnosed with umbilical hernia with 5 cms , initially  6 months back she had ectopic and during that doctor bsaid she had .5 cm hernia , not it is 5 cm please advise us is it safe to go for laproscopy or open cut . I have attached her report She is in visakhapatnam She is 73 kgs weight and healthy and we have only one kid and need suggestions if we go for open cut and mesh which will be safe and 99% safe and secure .please suggest.

I had sigmoidoscopy on 17th Jun 2023..That time also ulcer was there near anastomotic site and biopsy showed active ileitis..In CT scan there is asymmetrical polypoidal thickening near anastomotic site.. Took antibiotic Orni O for 5 days and tab 14 tabs of probiotic VSL#3 My symptoms are -Wt loss,blood and mucus from stools,low grade fever daily(Max 99.8°F) Had sigmoidoscopy with biopsy on Wednesday(both reports attached) Please tell me why is the ileitis still active,also what needs to be done for the above mentioned symptoms Kindly reply

I met with an accident and doctor had to put stitches on my left knee. Later keiloids are formed on left knee. What will be the permanent solution to get rid of them?

I had fistuletomy surgery along with internal lateral sphincterotomy on 10th July. Today, during defecation, i noticed a few drops of blood from the wound site. The stools were a bit too bulky and normal consistency. Is it normal to bleed after 18 days of surgery? Or should i be concerned and visit my surgeon?
