How common is cancer after gall bladder removal surgery i came to know that collateral cancer is common risk after gall bladder removal plz suggest how to prevent cancer after cholecystectomy

I've fibroadenoma. I detect this in April 2022 .. now it's increased nd in March detect 2 more small lumps in ultrasound.. how to treat this ? Is surgery important or not? Recommend  medication
