I have mild mitral valve prolapse and doctor prescribed me cipla la 20 mg after using that there something stuck on left side of the shoulder and if you touch that gas problem too and doctor prescribed me several gas medicines but still no progress and doctor suggested me to do endoscopy so what to do any suggestion

Hi, 2 days ago, I had my piles and fissure surgery for that I had a spinal anaesthesia. Exactly after 36hrs, headache and vomiting sensation started and it was continuously coming from last 2 days while sitting/standing feeling severe headache, if lying down on bed headache going away. Last 2 days I am lying on bed because of this headache/vomiting sensation. I am guessing it could be due to spinal anaesthesia. Please correct me if wrong. May I know, how long this headache will occur and ANY MEDICATION for this severe headache. Drinking 3-4 liters of water today and having black coffee also. Please suggest. Regards

Hello doctor 10 days back I done grade 2 internal hemorrhoids surgery before this issue anus skin was cut happened so I told to doctor also that cut was very small so now that cut was now very big my question is there doing laser treatment no still now why cut was big otherwise is it normal let me know.

I had fistuletomy surgery 2 months back. The wound has not healed completely, mainly because every 10 to 12 days once, i experience bleeding after hard pressured bowel movement, so the wound becomes fresh again. Does this kind of eposides cause mild manageable pain? Will there be discharge when ever such fresh wound occur? I notice 1 or 2 drops of white thick discharge. Does white thick discharge mean pus? Can antibiotics cure infections?

I had a perianal abscess drainage surgery in June and then fistuletomy with internal lateral sphincterotomy in July. The wound is almost healed, but not completely as i get occasional bleeding during bowel movements. When i don't apply any cream, i notice this white discharge around the anus, its white in color, no smell, and moderate pain due to bleeding. This discharge appears mostly when i get bleeding. Is this normal when a wound is fresh or is this an infection? I got a sono fistulogram done and there is no mention of pus accumulation. Please advise.

I had fistuletomy 2 months back. Occasionally, i get bleeding due to bowel movement, and the wound becomes fresh. I sometimes notice this white discharge near the wound. It's white, odorless, and painless (only mild pain in the wound due to fresh bleeding) Is this normal discharge, or is this pus? I have been noticing discharge whenever i have bleeding.

Hello doctor I done my internal grade 2 hemorrhoids surgery on 10days before but yesterday onwards I started to take antibiotics after taking antibiotics I feel so much pain down part of my vegina is it normal let me know.

I had a low fistuletomy surgery 2 months back. My wound is still not completely healed. Attached is the image taken by the doctor 12 days ago. The pain is managable, there is no discharge, and my doctor has confirmed that there is no infection, but i still feel discomfort. Can you please tell me the complete healing duration for low fistuletomy? Sometimes (once in 10-12 days), i get bleeding after a bowel movement, especially when my stools are bulky. Does bleeding delay wound healing?

I am having superficial thrombophlebitis due to iv infusion and my doctor suggested me thrombophob gel... I am applying the gel for few days... It has reduced from earlier but I want to know that which is more effective in superficial thrombophlebitis cold fomentation or hot fomentation or should I take both cold fomentation and hot fomentation along with thrombophob gel
