Hope you are doing well I have had hernia operation in march from last 3 days near of operation paining so i had visited to that dr. He have proscribed neuractin np but it causing high Diziness. What i can do for it?

I am attaching the USG report of my Grandfather's hernia (his age -90). My questions are - 1. Is is necessary to undergo surgery at this age for his hernia? (He recently had a Brainstroke and is on lot of medications for heart and lungs) 2. What are the complications if he doesn't opt for surgery?

I had a laser fistulectomy done it has been 4 weeks since surgery I just want to know on my gauze pad there is no discharge but there is whistish layer in small amout and its on my wound to is it slough or something else on my gauze is it normal and should I remove it by washing . 4 weeks back, I had perianal abscess drainage surgery, which has now healed. Post operation, i used to do sitz bath with Betadine 10% mixed in the water (10ml in 2ltr water), 3 times a day. I started developing redness and irritation around the anus. To reduce the irritation, i started applying Cremagel L, but the irritation did not reduce. Later, I got to know that Betadine and Cremagel can cause skin irritation. So I stopped using both and now apply Lox 2% gel since yesterday. The irritation has reduced. From the image i have attached, could you please confirm if the redness in the anus is due to Betadine/Cremagel side effect or if it is something else?

Dear doctor I am suffering from piles issues in 3rd stage, is it curable without surgery. Please suggest the best treatment if it is curable without surgery.
