Today I had thyroid tc99mm scan, reports didn't yet come, I had thyroid scan done and I'm sharing it's pic and FNAC test reports also came as benign follicular lesion bethesda category 2,dr mohana vamsy suggest one more scan thyroid tc99 mm, then he will decide to surgery, plz suggest what will be the thyroid tc99mm scan and dr mohana vamsy review

Good evening
This is Dr Rudhee Sehgal. It is important to evaluate the thyroid nodule clinically. It is important that you show to a surgeon and they examine it clinically. Thyroid report - FNAC shows Benign report and one has to wait for the thyroid technetium 99 scan report to come in. After a clinical examination of the nodule and all investigations then only surgeon will decide what the best treatment is
