I completed fistula surgery three days back. Since then I have been suffering from severe headaches while standing and sitting. No pain while falling... Also back pain ( discomfort). Kindly advise any medication.

I've fibroadenoma. I detect this in April 2022 .. now it's increased nd in March detect 2 more small lumps in ultrasound.. how to treat this ? Is surgery important or not? Recommend  medication
