Thyroid nodule remove surgery is going to have, size43mm, I also want to evaluate breast lump in right, I done mammogram it's reports came as fibroidenoma in both- birds 2.what should I do I need to remove my right breast lump 2.8×16 mm.

Fibroadenoma during a thyroid surgery is not very appropriate.. but it's your call.. fibroadenoma of size less than 4..5 cm don't even need a surgery as such.. they are benign swellings and have no cancer potential either

Greetings!! Birads 2 breast lesions are benign and can be followed up without surgery Surgical removal can be done if size is more than 5cm, sudden increase in size of swelling, painful swelling or for cosmetic purposes.
