A 32 Years unmarried Girl Goes to Gynecologist for his Problem of Breast pain before period & then gone when period start, No Discharge Or no other issue . Doctor Clinically check & Said No abnormalities  but Advice USG . USG done from Best Diagnostic center by  Best Radiologist.Doctor's prescription & USG report attached. **Impression : Small Fibroadenoma of Right breast* & Radiologist said only Annually USG required for follow up purpose. Does Any treatment needed for this. Please give your valuable suggestion. Ready for online Consultation.

I have gone through laser piles surgery for piles and fissure and its been 24 days. I am still getting blood in my stools and due to taking cremaaffin and other medicine. I have developed constipation. I have visited my surgeon couple of times but he used to say it will be fine in some time. Initially when I consulted, he said that I will be fine in one week but its now over 3 weeks since I am having issue. I have to pass stool atleast 3 times a day. I have stopped all medication and now taking isabgol in morning and evening, drinking lot of water and eating fiber rich food. I am still having constipation. Kindly advise.

I had a laser fistulectomy surgery it has been 1 and half month since I want to know does simple fistula after surgery can come back even if  I have got clear margins from biopsy reports ..

I had fistuletomy surgery last Monday. The wound is still fresh. When i defecate, some particles of the stool get stuck in the wound. (I click pictures to observe the wound) No matter how much i wash with running water or wipe, i am unable to clean it due to pain and position of the wound. I am nervous about this condition. Will this lead to infection? I do sitz bath with Betadine solution 3 times a day.

My father 57 years old and got minor operation in the back of the head and I have attached a pic below and please tell the report is normal or he s having any problem

Someone I know is 62 Yr, diabetic & having a angioplasty 2 year ago & still on heart medication for further prevention. A week ago a rusted pin is pinch into feet's heal . I am not aware of TT vs tetanus vaccine or booster, but 2 yeras ago may be in 2020 they took single injection for tetanus ( usually called TT), which is available almost every clinic of streets . But this time they take same single injection called TT  from local clinic but after 10 days ,  they can get tetanus ?

Consulted a doctor for my father's stomach oain. in ultrsound report, 13.3mm of gallstone detected. Doctor is advising for surgery. Hiwever my father is diabetic, has bp issues, heart issues and some other illness as well. Last year deteced with minor brain stroke as well. I have all the reports i.e ultrasound, ecg etc.. Need to show reports and consult doc for advise

Are stitches given in the fistulectomy for 2 cm intersphinteric fistula or the wound is left open . I need to know this to get my mind ready for the operation .

I have been diagnosed with fistula in Ano . intersphincteric fistula - 2 cm - grade 1 There are two doctors 1 - Mbbs - Ms surgery - 37 years experience ( Can meet him twice a week and will have to travel far for a post surgery appointment) 2 - Ms shalya - Ayurvedic doctor 5-7 years experience . ( Genuine person and very accessible for dressing if required ) Both suggest fistulectomy . I am not sure which one to go for because I don't know how much dressing is difficult after surgery and for post surgical appointments . Can someone guide ?
