Dear Sir/Madam, I have inexplicable pain in neck since last 1 year. I am taking pain killers for that. I have tried all the courses of treatment like physiotherapy, accupressure, acupuncture etc. I have gone through several tests but nothing is diagnosed till now. Pain is persistent. I have visible pulsation at suprasternal notch . The cartoid artery is visibly pulsating. Could you please recommend neck and brain CT Angiogram? Thank you

Mam my left breast look bigger than right and i consult almost 3 gyanacologist and also done my breast ultrasound and 5he report is BIRAD 1 all gyanacologist told me nothing is serious but i remember that my both breast is equal in size but before my period left breast look bigger and tender, heavy but when my period came the heaviness and tenderness gone but still biggerness is there which doctor i should consult for proper diagnosis i am 17 year old please kindly answer

I had a perianal abscuss, which was surgically drained about 8 days back. The wound has almost healed with no leak of pus or blood. My doctor said i might need a follow up surgery for fistula tunnel removal and this can be confirmed only after a checkup after a month. Can someone please explain why a fistula tunnel forms after the abscess has been drained? What are the symptoms?

Due to swelling and pain in groin area done Ultrasound of abdomen as advised by General Practitioner. Impression- Bilateral Inguinal Hernia Defect in ant.abdominal wall in right and left Inguinal region. Right - Neck of defect 1.3 cms fat as content. Left - 1.2 cms fat as content. The patient is currently undergoing Immunotherapy for Renal Cell Carcinoma, metastasis - Bones , Nodes. Is surgery the only solution for hernia ? Kindly seeking suggestions.
