Can "" columella ""of nose be stretched permanent on stretching it while nose cleaning " or" Can our columella be stretched permanently  on applying somewhat force while nose cleaning pls answer my general query I will be very much thankful to u sir/mam because I am worried about it??

I had done my lesur piles and fissure surgery 4 day s ago but so much  pain and Balck stool . And  few fresh blood also come..it's possible my surgery goes fail? Or it's normal how many days i want to watch

I have 2-3 small white painless bumps and some colourless tiny bumps in one side near my anus. It doesn't itch anything. However, there is one white bump I have noticed has grown in size.
