I had a perianal abscuss, which was surgically drained about 8 days back. The wound has almost healed with no leak of pus or blood. My doctor said i might need a follow up surgery for fistula tunnel removal and this can be confirmed only after a checkup after a month. Can someone please explain why a fistula tunnel forms after the abscess has been drained? What are the symptoms?

I have cholesterol after covid and it's not down. I am taking torvason F 10 mg regularly. Recently in USG scan there is fatty liver grade 2. What should I do now?? It is dangerous?? Please ans me urgent

Due to swelling and pain in groin area done Ultrasound of abdomen as advised by General Practitioner. Impression- Bilateral Inguinal Hernia Defect in ant.abdominal wall in right and left Inguinal region. Right - Neck of defect 1.3 cms fat as content. Left - 1.2 cms fat as content. The patient is currently undergoing Immunotherapy for Renal Cell Carcinoma, metastasis - Bones , Nodes. Is surgery the only solution for hernia ? Kindly seeking suggestions.

Recently I had a piles open surgery, nearly 50 days are happened. Today I get some blood in bathroom. I am worrying about it. Is it cause again? The anel area also some what different from my surgery. Could you please say what is the problem. Is it normal symptoms?

Dear sir I was diagnosed with varicose veins in my leg I have done colour droppler test and what further treatment I have to do please suggest. And what is my grade. I am tensed as I am 28 years old so finding proper solution how to handle the issue is it serious. One of my friend told me that the veins brust and severe bleeding happens so I am worried.
