I have uterus fibroid.. Doctor had suggested for surgery but have one doubt that I have dioganised with pituitary enlargement gland also... Is there any problem for uterus surgery due to this pituitary enlargement.. Plz help me.. Tq

I have noticed small painful swelling near my last (flying) rib left side back . It is painful when touch and having discomfort on left back side. I have done Xray but it's normal. This swelling in more than 2-3 months . No fever . No weight loss. No other symptom What is that ??
