Swelling since this morning and also dana in the head. She has eaten a allergic medicen which his doctor has been given before. But then also its not normal

I have pulsating tinnitus only when I lay down on my sides.I hear the pulsing heartbeat sounds in my both ears while laying down on respective sides.If I lay down on left side,I hear heartbeat pulsing vibration on left side.same on right side ear while laying down on right side.I have chronic jaw&neck pain for which I took MRI of jaw.MRI of TMJ shows right sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum.The jaw doctor who did order the MRI said he don't know what this is.My GP said the same.  Is this something serious? What is the treatment for this. I don't hear it during the day while I stand or sit. Hear it only when I lay down on sides and it's like throbbing vibrating sounds. I have ear ringing since this jaw pain started. But this pulsating sounds started since last year. Chronic pain for 3 years in jaw/neck.  Can I leave this diverticulum or should I get this treated? I am currently outside India and planning to travel in few months to India to check this. Is this need to be treated soon?

Hello All I am having Gall Bladder stone of 8mm i am having symptoms as well like chest pain on the left side ... After eating feeling heaviness in the upper and lower back ... Feeling fullness in stomach having acidity and constipation Dr had suggested to go for surgery but i m not ready for that at the same time I want to get rid of symptoms

I have fistula surgery at 23 March, it not stitched ( open laid). Now it get healing but around the wound some hardness is observed is it normal

I have cysts in both the breasts. Right one is quite painful when touched or in movement and has a size of small lemon approximately. Left one is very minute, can't be felt with hands. I just want to know how much will it cost for the removal of both the cysts. I'm really concerned whether it's a cancerous one or not according to the symptoms that I have.

I had corn in the center of my foot which i got removed with surgery 2.5 months back. Now, the open wound has been filled with skin but the skin is slightly raised and hard and solid. Is another corn forming? What should i do?

Hi Doctor Whenever I lay down ( Sleep ) my head will feel pressured. I google it and I'm guessing it may be ICP ( Increased Intracranial Pressure). How do I managed this? Thank you

My problem is I have been  passing hard stool since 2 days  with tiny blood and  small amount of mucus, i have taken colonoscopy 7 months  back i.e.., on 5th September 2023, report came as normal study, no pile or other abnormal seen in the entire colon. Please advice what i do to get rid of it.

This is my fibroadenoma which is irregular  shaped and the size is 1.4cm. It was categorised as birads 3 in sept 2021 and after that I did multiple follow up USG and as per recent USG the size is still 1.4 cm. Now I changed the radiologist and she categorised it as birads 4a due to its shape. Is it really possible to become malignant after being stable for 1.5 years?
