I have a bumpy nose. What is the solution to it. I feel insecure because of it. I want my nose to look smaller and without bump.

My father his age is 57 years old and he is having diabetes since 8 years and he is also having a problem of diabetic eye retinopathy since 3 years and he is taking injection for eye and he was having a cyst in behind head and it was small in size and it is getting big and sometimes sizes r fluctuating big and small and I hav attached a photo of it and kindly suggest wt to be done and is it dangerous?

My father's age is 81, he is suffering from piles problem. Often outer layer of hemorrhoid scratches and light bleeding occur. Please suggest good medicine.

What can be the complications for long term fissure if they are not operated? Can they turn to cancer or fistulas etc?

Hello doctor I have a pain near my shoulder around 6 months. I feel a small painful lump there. But it's not visible. I don't know it's lump or something else. When I touch there I can feel it. The pain is not there always. When I do more work, then the pain comes. I showed the ortho surgeon two months back and took a x-ray. Nothing unusual showed in x ray. Doctor told me it must be something related with muscle. But I'm still worried about it. Pls tell me doctor what it might be. I'm attaching a pic of the exact spot the pain comes, pointing my finger.
