General Surgery

Hi, I had a aorta bypass surgery in August(5 month back) for which a 16mm dacron tube has been used. I am no longer on any medication. My bp is also under control now which used to be around 200/120 before surgery. I had abdominal pain twice in last 2 weeks. After ultrasound I got to know that I am having a gallstone of 7.8mm. And radiologist also told me that there are some kind of particles in kidneys, so there are chances of forming kidney stones. Asked me consume a lot of water. Should I go with a surgery to remove gallbladder. Or can be taken care with medicines. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Burning sensation remains for about 1 hour after stool. Thereafter it reduces. No symptoms of constipation ,no pain before ,after and while stool. Also intake of spicy food is reduced. What can be done to cure burning

Please guide me for treatment of this wound I just slip from my Scotty I did an x ray it Was fine But muscle break So I leave it open or any dressing needed it is 6th day for this wound

My FNAC report showing large fibroadonema in my right breast of size 6.3×3.8cm. Can it be cured using medicine or should I go for surgery for removing it. I have pain in this area due to this .

Dear Doctor, I have been burnt in fire on 18-01-2023 and hospitalized immediately. My right side of the body has been burnt including two breasts and the heap of my thigh also burnt. The doctor prescribed me the medications Duratez Injection, Silverex SSD 240gm cream for applying on the wounds, Chymoral forte, Polybion 1 and Vitadel syrup and it continued till 28-01-2023. Dressing of the wounds continuing till present. Now the condition is quite good and the redness sign shows. Now I want a specialist for the next treatment medications to heal the wounds as soon as possible. Please help me. The discharge certificate is attached herewith. Please help me with correct treatment.
