I have been noticing these spots in my stool from last 2-3 yrs. there's no pain while passing the stool. I had my stool occult blood test done 2 times on alternative days.It came negative. Few days back I have my colonoscopy and cbc done. Colonoscopy was normal and cbc was also normal. Hb was 12. What could it be ? Is it undigested food?

I had fissure lase surgery one month ago. I was healing but after 15 days the fissure was exposed again. Now I am taking cremaffin 8-10 ml daily. Can I take cremaffin 10 ml for 2 months so that my fissure heals permanently and later I can switch to isabgol. Is there any side effects of Cremaffin if I take for long period like 2 months?

I had a fistuloctomy performed for 11'o clock fistula in ano. I have been healing for 2.5 months. Since past 10 days, I saw a pimple on the wound itself.
