General Surgery

My foot corn has been removed by laser treatment. The wound is not getting healed since 20 days. Checked for diabetics. No diabetes. Can you suggest any good antibiotics. High power antibiotics is causing stomach camps and loose motion.

I had done lis two months back. 9 weeks as of now. But the pain is incredible. Especially the surgical site pain I feel. I donno what to do. Is this normal or not. My surgeon told me it's still healing period. But the pain is too high for me. Kindly tell me what to do

Recent USG of both breast done . USG Showing Bilateral Fibroadenosis & left SOL Fibroadenoma OF 5 MM . Patients is in absolutely fine condition. Occasionally feel very light pain in both breast while touch herself. Also consulted with General surgeon who examine & said nothing to worry this is very common in youn girl. Want to know Any Treatment needed  ?  Please give your valuable Suggestion on it. Can Alternative ( Homeopathy) medicine can solve above problem. USG report & Prescription attach.

I have chronic constipation and 2 months back my ano was itching and I had one lump / tag before that so thought it's piles and started taking arshkalp vati after few weeks I noticed red stool while bowel movement and it used to occur occasionally but it didn't cause pain . But from past 5 days I am having intense buring sensation during and after bowel movement it stays for 4-5 hours Then I applied Cremagel on it and started taking diet seriously and  the burning sensation is not there but bleeding( in stool not as flow) still occur . Kindly suggest me medications to get rid of it
